As a postpartum doula, I am trained in postpartum adjustment, newborn care, feeding, development, and the promotion of parent-infant bonding. Through my services, I support families during the postpartum experience through the first three months after the birth of a baby, also known as the fourth trimester.

Consultations
$20
Schedule a consultation with me by phone, zoom, or in person. Learn about the services I offer, ask me baby questions, get to know me, and find out if I’m a good fit for your family!
In-home Services
$50 per hour with discounts available
I help support your family adjust to your new baby by providing practical assistance, emotional support, and education, while ensuring the comfort and well-being of the mother and baby.
This includes assisting with infant care, helping with light housework, providing encouragement and a listening ear to new parents, and offering evidence based information on topics like breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery.
Additional Services
$50+ per hour with discounts available
Additional add-on services include sibling care, overnight infant care, and postpartum neck, shoulder, hand, and foot massage.

About Nina
Hi I'm Doula Nina! I am a postpartum doula based in Wilmington, Delaware. My very first doula baby was my little brother 38 years ago. I earned the nickname “little mommy” but the word doula had not yet entered my vocabulary. Throughout the years I have been honored to support family and friends as they welcome newborns into our families. My own two babies have grown into fantastic big kids, so now I offer my skills and services to families looking for a postpartum doula like me!
